I JUST wanted to thank Stuart and Graham from the Old Cock Inn in Friar Street for the fantastic show they organised on Sunday.
Friar Fest was brilliant.
Young and old filled the street and danced and cheered from midday until 8.30pm to music from a community choir to country, folk and reggae. It just showed what great talent we have locally.
The master stroke was booking Skabucks for the last act.
Playing early 80s ska, bluebeat and Madness songs that had everyone singing along, they guaranteed no-one sat down. It was such a great atmosphere.
Please do it again.
