Droitwich Spa currently has 920 new house builds that have been approved by Wychavon District Council. Within this count, the development at Copcut Lane is the largest single scheme in the district. I believe that this development will affect traffic on the A38 and the Copcut roundabout more significantly than the plans indicate. On May 16, Wychavon is due to decide two more planning applications to build a further 965 dwellings, only one mile from Copcut Lane, at Yew Tree Hill.

IN response to the incorrect information sent in by N Bennt – Your View, April 10 – when we first started fighting this Catshill development it was based purely on the preservation of the existing wildlife on the site and the lack of safety in Church Road.
