I’d like to thank all those who gave so generously to the collection for Shelterbox, organised by the Rotary Club of North Worcestershire, last Saturday at the Morrisons store in Bromsgrove. We raised £1,141 during the day.

Members of the Bromsgrove Rovers Supporters Society (BRSS) committee would like to wish all our members and members of the local community a very happy New Year. We would also like to thank everyone who donated prizes for our Christmas/New Year raffle and for buying raffle tickets. With the reported cost of £45,000 to settle the council seating fiasco, may I inquire if this figure includes the cost of jellies, blancmange and goody bags for the children or will there be an additional cost to the council tax to keep them happy.
