Multi-medals thrill for Tae Kwon Do contenders

A HOST of students from Bromsgrove and Alcester Tae Kwon Do club competed at the North Midlands TAGB Tae Kwon Do championships and won a host of medals.

The club saw all four fighters who competed in Derby win medals.

Nick Rose won silver and bronze medals in his categories, while Arran Holmes and Archie Rose also scooped bronzes.

Ben Addison also bagged two bronzes to delight instructor Terry Davis.

The club is based at Aston Fields Middle School, with training on Mondays and Thursdays.

Juniors and parents train between 6pm and 8pm, while adults are 8pm to 9pm. St Nicholas First School in Alcester, sessions are on Tuesdays, 6pm to 7pm for juniors and 7pm until 8pm for adults.
