SEVERN Valley Railway’s (SVR) Footplate Experience has announced a new partnership, teaming up with 3 Wheel Drive Limited, in partnership with Morgan Motors, to provide guests with a heritage transport experience package.
As well as the chance to drive a steam train, guests also get the opportunity to drive a Morgan three-wheeler, all in one day.
The Bolt-On Morgan Experience can take place before or after the Footplate Experience and guests will be given a demonstration drive to highlight the capabilities of the vehicle.
Guests can then take the controls for a period of instruction on the road from SVR’s station at Highley, which is also home to the Railway’s Engine House Visitor Centre.
Known as “the only Morgan-approved centre of excellence for driver development”, 3 Wheel Drive Limited is working in partnership with Morgan Motors to become the centre of excellence for the development of driving skills for all Morgan owners and enthusiasts.
The package is available on selected dates only.
