So, if you’re looking for a stress free journey and want to avoid the rush hour hot-spots – why not use our traffic update?

A quick glance around the Black Country and North Worcestershire suggests the roads are looking okay in general, apart from where there are ongoing road works. Some to look out for are:

Near Bromsgrove, there are temporary traffic lights and electricity work taking place on Westonhall Road between the B4091, Hanbury Road, and Shaw Lane.

While in Dudley, there is a speed restriction of 20mph due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights on the A4101, High Street, at the B4179, High Oak.

In Redditch, there is slow traffic on the A441, Alvechurch Highway Northbound, between the B4184, Middlehouse Lane/Millrace Road and B4101, Dagnell End Road, where raodworks are taking place. Temporary traffic lights are in place at Weights Lane during construction of an access roundabout to a new housing development.

And, in Hagley, Summervale Road is closed in both directions due to water main work between the A456, Kidderminster Road/B4187, Worcester Road/Western Road and Milestone Drive. To access Summervale Road use Church Street off of Worcester Road.
