TRIBUTES have been paid to a young rugby player who has died.
Worcester Warriors Women paid their respects to Jessica Pardo-Alvarez, who was a member of their Centre of Excellence.
In a post on their Facebook page, the team said: "It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the passing of Jessica Pardo-Alvarez, a member of our Centre of Excellence.
"Worcester Warriors would like to send their condolences to Jess’s family, friends, teammates, and everyone who had the honour and privilege to have Jess in their lives.
"She will be forever missed and as one Warriors family, we are determined to keep her spirit and memory living on.
"We will continue to honour Jess by wearing blue laces and we will be fundraising in her memory."
