ALL 25 participants in the Worcester St John’s Cycling Club one-kilometre sprint at Lower Broadheath were club members for the first time this season.

Mark Daffin took the win posting one minute 17 seconds with Rikky Hughes and Ed Dursley joint second in 1.18.

Stuart Parker had the fastest road bike for fourth overall in 1.22.

Harry Tait was the fastest under 16 and seventh overall in 1.27.

Jennie Daffin was the quickest woman and 16th overall in 1.39.

Martin Stanley clocked 1.23, Russell Middleton 1.25, Rob Nicholls 1.28, David Pardoe 1.28, Dylan Perkins 1.28, Sean Dyson 1.29, Joshua Warner 1.33, Mark Corbett 1.37, Allan Watson 1.38, Martin Staines 1.38, Julian Church 1.40, Rosalind Townsend-Hope 1.40, Owen Fuller 1.42, Paul Sobczyk 1.42, Sam Clarke 1.44, Debbie Hodson 1.46, Sheena Law 1.50, Amanda Middleton 1.50 and Gail Flanaghan 1.53.

Four Saints did well at the Raglan Open 10.

Simon Garrett did 20.45, Simon Adcook 21.54, Stanley 23.14 and Hughes 23.44 for seventh place, 12th, 20th and 29th respectively.
