AVONCROFT reeled off a convincing 69 run success over Rushwick in Worcester County League Division Three.
Mark Whitehead made top score with a modest 26 as Avoncroft were removed for 158 all out.
But it was the bowlers who caused all the damage as Rushwick were rolled out for 89 in reply.
Strike bowler Jonathan Hunter caused most of the damage by taking five for 17 from his 10 over spell.
He was superbly supported by Jon Bird who bagged three for 16 while Paul Athey picked up two for 38.
