SCHOOLS have provided NHS staff and police with personal protective equipment.
Baxter College in Kidderminster is answering a plea from the Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust for goggles for frontline NHS staff by sending 30 sets from the science department.
Meanwhile, Stourport High School has offered goggles to the local police.
Both schools are part of the Severn Academies Educational Trust.
Chief executive Chris King said: “We all need to pull together at this time and we will help our NHS staff and those from the emergency services in any way we can.”
