THE following people were all convicted of an offence at Worcester Magistrates Court over the last week.

- Jordan Arnold: Pleaded guilty to entering Priors Croft night club in Grange Road, Malvern without reasonable excuse and ‘behaved in an aggressive manner which was likely to cause distress’.

The 25 year-old, from Pickersleigh Road, breached a community order made in June 2018 by entering the night club, and was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the community.

Magistrates also made him pay £270 in costs and a victim surcharge.

- Michael Bedford: Pleaded guilty to drink driving after being caught and tested by the police, giving a sample which was 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millimetres of breath, breaking the legal limit.

The 46 year-old, of De Wyche Bungalows in Droitwich, was caught driving his Honda Jazz on May 29 over the legal limit and was disqualified from driving for three years.

He was also ordered to pay £285.

- Jack Bryant: Guilty of driving his Vauxhall Astra in Pinvin, near Pershore, while over the legal limit for cannabis on March 17 this year.

Bryant, 22, of De Havilland Road, Cheltenham, was banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £285 in fines, costs and a victim surcharge.

- Jack Burfitt: Guilty of driving his car while over the legal alcohol limit in Kempsey.

Burfitt, 27, of Chalford Drive, Worcester, drove his black BMW in Anglian Crescent while the amount of alcohol in his breath was 48 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was banned from driving for 14 months and ordered to pay £285.

- James Chandler: Guilty after driving his Renault Megane into a bus stop and a metal bin in Evesham Road, Redditch on March 23 this year.

He also pleaded guilty to drink driving after he was found to have 124 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, breaking the legal limit.

The incidents, which happened on the same night, saw the 34 year-old, of Mount Pleasant, Redditch, hit the bus stop and bin before driving off.

He was fined £380 for each offence, as well as a victim surcharge of £38 and costs of £135, as well as being banned from driving for 12 months.
