A 47-year-old man has appeared in court for three frauds against a Droitwich company.

Mathew Wyatt indicated guilty pleas to three counts of fraud by false representation while working for Droitwich Design and Print when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Thursday.

All three charges involve providing false invoices and false bank details to Maurice Toy, Hydro Blast and A Chivers while working for Droitwich Design and Print.

The first fraud was said to have involved £127 and to have taken place on April 18 last year. The second fraud was said to have involved £2,160 and to have taken place between November 17, 2017 and January 11, 2018.

The third fraud was said to have involved £370 and to have taken place on November 17, 2018.

Wyatt was represented at the hearing by Chris Hilton. The case was heard by district judge Nigel Cadbury who adjourned the case until June 13 for further investigations to take place by the Crown Prosecution Service.

In them meantime Wyatt of Apple Tree Lane, Redditch, was granted unconditional bail.
