THE inquest into the death of a homeless man who lived in a bus shelter has been postponed.
Remigiusz Boczarski, who often slept in a shelter in Wells Road, Malvern, is believed to have taken his own life on October 30, last year, aged 40.
His inquest was set to take place on Thursday (January 24) but has been pushed back to May 2 as the coroner is still awaiting various reports to be submitted.
Friend Sandra Hinton, who would wash Mr Boczarski’s clothes and make him meals from time to time, said he had a Polish passport but always claimed to be Ukrainian.
A well-known figure in the town, residents would often drop off food and clothing for Mr Boczarski, and tributes were laid there after news of his death came out.
