A WOMAN has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning her from certain parts of Worcester.
Tracey Wilson, aged 41, of no fixed abode, appeared at the city's magistrates' court on Thursday, January17, where she was given the order.
The order will run for two years and means Wilson is prohibited from entering or attempting to enter Warmstry Court in Quay Street or John Gwynn House in Newport Street.
She is also banned from Lowesmoor Wharf and Broad Street, ad defined in two maps, A and B, accompanying the order.
Furthermore, the order forbids Wilson from "behaving in a manner that causes or is likely to cause alarm harassment or distress to others including, but not only by making threats or acting aggressively, shouting, arguing or fighting in the street or being verbally abusive to others".
And the order also bans her from being under the influence of drugs in a public place within the area defined in Map C.
If she breaches this order she could be arrested.
