THE NEW Bishop of Hereford is set to be installed in his role in March.
It will be a chance for the people of Herefordshire and south Shropshire, which the Diocese of Hereford covers, to "celebrate Bishop Richard taking up the role".
More information about the service, which will be at Hereford Cathedral on March 21, will be published in due course.
It was announced in September that Richard Jackson would be the 106th Bishop of Hereford, taking over from the retiring Richard Frith.
Last week, the new bishop legally took on the role at a confirmation service in London.
The service took place at St Mary-le-Bow church in the capital.
