THE festive season will be kicked off in High Acres next weekend when the Christmas lights are switched on.
High Acres Community Association are hosting the event, which takes place at the Madeley Road shops on Saturday, November 30.
The Christmas tree lights will be switched on at 5pm by Black Country comic Aynuck.
Entertainment on offer also includes a DJ, artificial snow, a tombola and a Santa's grotto for little ones.
