WORCESTERSHIRE magistrates instructed a Redditch thief to behave himself or face the consequences of a court order.
Craig Pennicott, aged 28 of Sandhurst Close, Redditch, was handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress including using using abusing or foul language, behaving in a threatening manner and refusing to leave an area when instructed to do so by a person in authority.
Pennicott was convicted of theft in July.
Also before Worcestershire magistrates:
Bartoz Lada, aged 31 of Greenlands Avenue, Redditch, was fined £484, ordered to pay £400 costs and a £48 victim surcharge and given six penalty points.
Lada was found guilty of failing to provide information about the driver of a vehicle involved in an alleged offence.
Tobias Teague, aged 34, of Exhall Close, Church Hill, Redditch, was fined £266 and ordered to pay £60 costs after he admitted failing to comply with the terms of a community punishment.
Liam Lobb, aged 23, of Barnwood Close, Redditch, was given six penalty points, fined £160 and ordered to pay £32 costs after he admitted riding a motorcycle without due care and attention and without an appropriate licence or insurance.
Lobb was further ordered to pay £50 compensation for damaging a boiler suit belonging to West Mercia Police.
