A TOTAL of 75 men’s, women’s and junior teams battled it out at Hereford Leisure Centre during an annual six-a-side football tournament.
The Sue Parry tournament is in its 19th year and is played in memory of football fan Sue who was a patient at St Michael’s Hospice in Bartestree and died in 1999.
This year, for the first time, there was a women’s competition, plus an Invitational and Social category along with junior events from under-eights up to under-17s.
The event is expected to raise around £3,500 for St Michael’s.
