A TEENAGER has had a gun pointed at him in a Bromsgrove park.

The 16-year-old was in Sanders Park when he was approached by three other teens, one holding a gun described as a 'small revolver'.

The victim had his iPhone stolen but didn't suffer any injuries.

Det Sgt James Beard from Kidderminster CID said it was frightening incident for the victim and a thorough investigation is ongoing

"One witness has reported that one of the offenders was believed to be holding an item described as a 'small revolver'," he said.

"We would like to reassure the public that there were no reported injuries and a number of enquiries are currently being pursued.

"We are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has any information to please come forward."

A 16-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy, all from Bromsgrove, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

They have been released under investigation.

The incident took place at 5.40pm on Saturday, March 23.
