THERE'S still time for artistic youngsters to enter this year's competition to design the Pershore Carnival programme cover.
This year’s competition was launched in Pershore Library earlier this month and runs until Saturday.
Children can get an application form and complete their design in the library or take it home to complete and return to the library before the deadline.
Pershore Carnival chairman Colin Shepherd said: “We are very lucky to have the library in Pershore and very grateful to the team there for their support of this competition.
"We have had some fantastic designs submitted in previous years and hope that the Committee will be spoilt for choice again this year."
This year's carnival takes place on Bank Holiday Monday, May 27, with the theme of fairytales.
The next fundraising event is the quiz night on Saturday, March 9, at Pershore Town Football Ground. Doors open 7pm for 7.30pm start, entrance fee £2 per person, maximum six people per team.
