PODGE is a six-year-old black female cat in the care of Worcester and District Cats Protection.

She is described as a 'very, very friendly and affectionate little girl who loves fuss and cuddles'.

As her name suggests, she does like her food and any new owner would need to watch her weight.

A branch spokesperson said: "Podge has had some polyps (benign lumps) successfully removed from her ears, which has left her with a slight head tilt, but this does not affect her in any way.

"Her ear polyps will recur over time, but the branch will sponsor treatment for this condition.

"Podge is a truly loving cat and would make a great addition for an experienced cat owner, either as a family cat or companion cat".
