Youngsters at Busy Bees Pre-School in Ledbury had great wintry fun after the snow fell this morning (Friday February 1).
Indoors was swopped for outdoors as youngsters experienced the joys of making snowballs and snowmen.
Busy Bees is based at The Hive, the former youth centre, off Bye Street.
The John Masefield High School has also stayed open.
Students were advised to wear wellington boots or trainers to school and to take care travelling to and around school.
Ledbury Primary School also stayed open, with the pupils being advised to wear suitable footwear when walking to school, and to wrap up warm.
Up to 2cm of snow fell, but travel disruption appears to have been limited.
Trains to and from Ledbury were running to a winter weather timetable, but any delays were reported to be in the region of five to seven minutes.
Most roads appeared to be passable with care, although snow was slow to clear off back roads in particular.
