3pm update:
The Met Office's has issued a warning for ice as temperatures are set to plummet to freezing overnight.
Gritting has already begun.
The warning said: "Icy patches are expected on Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
"Icy patches are expected to develop on untreated surfaces, pavements and cycle paths and where showers wash off treatment. Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces may occur."
In Waterside, Evesham, a 27 foot cruiser got stuck on mooring and took on water at 11am this morning.
Firefighters battled to salvage the boat, but could not prevent it sinking as the water level rose.
Original story:
ROADS were closed, airplanes were ground and trains were delayed after snow fell again last night.
However the county has missed the heavy snow that has hit other areas.
There have been reports of snow on higher ground, including Malvern Hills.
However, here rain and sleet has led to localised flooding and dangerous driving conditions in some places.
Gritting has taken place on roads, with a warning the flooding and run off areas could freeze.
Hylton Road suffered flooding between the viaduct and garage in various places late last night.
Due to the heavy rain flood alerts have been issued for parts of the county, including the River Arrow, River Avon, Barbourne Brook, Bow and Piddle Brook and River Salwarpe.
A flood alert means flooding is possible, and residents should be prepared.
In addition, Eckington Bridge may close shortly due to the rising water levels.

The forecast today is for remaining rain and sleet to clear, leaving a dry, windy and colder day with some bright or sunny spells.
There will be a high of 4C.
