FIREFIGHTERS were left to tackle a blaze involving garden sheds and panels in a Worcester street.

 A fire crew from Worcester Fire Station was called to the incident at 7.16pm on Sunday evening (April 21) in Green Lane in Worcester.

Three garden sheds and five garden fence panels were found on fire, with firefighters tackling the blaze with two hosereels to extinguish the flames.

Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said there were no casualties with the incident closed after two hours.

A spokesperson said: "Two Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Worcester Fire Station were called at 7.16pm on 21 April to a fire in Green Lane, Worcester.

"The fire involved three garden sheds measuring approximately 5m by 5m and five garden fence panels.

"Two hosereel jets were used to extinguish the fire and electrics were isolated.

"There were no casualties and no other emergency services attended.

"The incident was marked as pending closure at 9.16pm."
