TRIAL: Danny Gray drove a Volkswagen Tiguan when he didn't have insurance
A 31-YEAR-old man changed his plea on the day of trial and pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance.
Danny Gray of Watkins Way, Malvern, was set to face trial at Worcester Magistrates Court on March 4.
But at the start of the hearing Gray admitted the offence.
Magistrates heard the defendant drove a Volkswagen Tiguan on Watkins Way when there wasn't a policy of insurance covering the trip.
Gray, who was given unconditional bail, was told to attend the next hearing of the case at Worcester Magistrates Court on May 29 when magistrates will decide if the defendant should be disqualified.
