EAGLE-eyed shoppers have noticed Christmas has come early in Worcester city centre as Christmas lights are starting to be up.
Streets including High Street, The Shambles and Mealcheapen Street are decorated annually with bright lights and Christmas decorations which attract hundreds to the city centre every year.
On Monday, (October 30), shoppers noticed the popular decorations were again being brought out.
And workers were seen putting the decorations, which feature fairies and snowflakes, into position above the streets.
The Christmas lights switch on will take place on Saturday, November 25.
The event will take place in Cathedral Square between 4pm and 7pm.
That event typically marks when the festive period gets underway.
