A SOUTHAMPTON man who was caught with class A drugs in Bournemouth during the coronavirus lockdown has been fined by the courts.
Connor Hampton, aged 21, had 2.2g of diamorphine and 0.1g of crack cocaine in his possession in the Dorset town on April 16.
Appearing before magistrates in Poole on September 17, Hampton admitted to charges of possessing class A drugs.
The defendant, whose address was given as Tunstall Road, Southampton, was fined £750 and ordered to pay a £75 surcharge and £85 costs. It was also ordered that the drugs must be forfeited and destroyed.
