AN appeal has been launched to find a missing man from Blackburn.
Joshua Rivers, 31, was last seen at 11.55pm on March 28th on Rothesay Road in Blackburn.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "He is described as white male, approx. 5”9 tall, stocky build, short mousy hair, possibly now clean shaven.
"Concern was growing for Mr Rivers after a video circulated on social media appearing to show him being assaulted.
"Enquiries have ascertained this video is over a year old but we do need to find Mr Rivers to check on his welfare and we would urge him to contact us so we can redirect and use our resources elsewhere.
"Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting log 0028 of March 30th.
