Greenbridge Retail Park is set to get a new facelift along with two new stores in 2020.
Planning applications sent in to Swindon Borough Council show the whole site will receive a new colour scheme with brand new signage.
The new black and green designs will replace the 15 pieces of signage currently around the park which has "resulted in a lack of consistency across the site", according to the application.
The park will also be looking to welcome two new franchises in 2020.
Supermarket chain Lidl has confirmed it will be opening a store in the old Homebase unit, which closed in August 2019.
Alongside Lidl, toy store Smyths has submitted a planning application to open at the old PC World unit, at the back of the site which has sat empty since it moved in with Currys.
The last three months have already seen additions to Greenbridge with the opening of a 24-hour gym.
But there are still some empty units at the site including Mothercare, which shut last year.
