AN UNINSURED driver was found to be in possession of suspected Class A drugs and also tested positive for cocaine, West Yorkshire Police's Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted yesterday.
In a tweet published at 2.46pm, police say the vehicle involved in the incident, which is believed to have taken place on Broomhill Avenue in Keighley, was seized and the driver detained following a chase on foot.
The tweet reads, "Vehicle seized Broomhill @WYP_Keighley driver uninsured. Following a foot chase driver detained and tested positive for cocaine. Suspected class A drugs also found and seized. Driver arrested on suspicion of driving over the limit of a controlled drug and possession class A drug"
