ANCHORMAN Piers Morgan has clashed with Clarets fan and former Labour spin doctor Alastair Campbell on Twitter - and live on ITV's flagship morning news show Good Morning Britain.
The pair regularly trade blows on Twitter - but as the exit polls were revealed last night, Mr Morgan taunted Mr Campbell, a prominent campaigner against Brexit.
He tweeted:
You OK, hun @campbellclaret?

This is what happens when you try to defy democracy.
The controversial host then went on to row with Burnley FC season ticket holder Mr Campbell live on ITV's GMB show.

But Mr Campbell couldn't resist a pop back at his Twitter rival - pointing out that while England voted leave in the Brexit vote, Scotland did not.
