LYMM Historic Transport Day welcomed record crowds on Sunday with more than 6,000 paying visitors ferried into the village centre by five vintage buses.
The event featured 400 classic cars, including 77RW the first open top E-Type Jaguar, 15 traction engines, 15 working boats and a flypast by the RAF’s last Dakota.
And if you zoom in on this picture from Darren Moston, you might be able to see the man in the doorway waving at the crowds.
Warrington Guardian Camera Club member Tony Marsh also got some great pics in the sunshine.
And Tony Crawford got some great shots of the classic cars and stunt bikes
