Russells Hall Hospital
MADAM - It's not surprising that Russells Hall Hospital is in special measures.
My mother has just spent in excess of two hours in a corridor (along with 10 other potential patients). Considering she was collected by an ambulance having sustained a head injury in a fall at home it's quite an alarming circumstance!
A very nice staff nurse seemed to be have the unfortunate and unenviable job of making excuses.
