TWO people escaped unscathed in a car accident on Pedmore Road near to Merry Hill.
The accident took place yesterday (March 12) at around 5pm.
An ambulance spokesman confirmed that medics were called to the scene to reports of a crash involving two cars.
Two people were discharged at the scene and did not require medical treatment.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area after the accident due to heavy congestion.
Police and fire crews from Brierley Hill station were also on the scene.
