MORE outbreaks of snow and sleet are expected across all areas of north Worcestershire and the Black Country tonight.

This will become lighter and patchier in most places as the night progresses, but it will continue to be windy and cold, with temperatures dropping to -5C.

Expect widespread ice and frost forming overnight.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday will be just as cold, but with the winds feeling a little lighter.

It will be cloudy, with outbreaks of sleet and snow, which will continue to ease through the day.

Maximum temperature 3C.

Sunday is expected to be slightly warmer, while rain (but no snow!) is predicted next week.
