BEN Te'o and Wales debutant Josh Adams both enjoyed winning starts to the Six Nations.
But Worcester Warriors centre Te'o, returning after injury, was not among the scorers as England thrashed Italy 46-15 in Rome today.
Their quest for an unprecedented hat-trick of Six Nations titles was launched with a late flurry of tries.
Anthony Watson (2), Owen Farrell, Sam Simmonds (2), George Ford and Jack Nowell all dived over.
Meanwhile, Teo's Worcester team-mate Adams put in a solid debut on the wing for Wales, particularly defensively, as they surprised Scotland 34-7 in Cardiff.
Scarlets full-back Leigh Halfpenny stole the show with two tries in his haul of 24 points.
