THERE was double delight for Marek Klassen and Trevor Setty at Worcester Wolves’ end-of-season awards.
Captain Klassen capped off an impressive British Basketball League campaign by claiming most valuable player and sportsman of the season awards.
Small forward Setty also enjoyed a successful evening as he scooped the most exciting player and players’ player of the season prizes.
Other award winners were Maurice Walker who was named the best defensive player and Danny Huffor who secured offensive player of the season.
Wolves finished the regular season in fifth position and came agonisingly close to reaching the play-off final, losing 199-197 on aggregate to Newcastle Eagles.
