WORCESTERSHIRE Supporters' Association have been left a considerable array of Worcestershire memorabilia by their former chairman Ken Mills as part of his legacy.

Mills was at the helm of the association for 41 years until he died last August.

He had already left the association a £50,000 legacy.

The memorabilia runs into many dozens of items - some of which will be of great interest to County supporters.

The association committee are debating the best long term plan for this treasure trove of a collection.

One suggestion was to present it to County Heritage Group chairman Tim Jones to present as part of the collection in the Graeme Hick Pavilion and another to hold a special sale.

Association chairman Andrew Jenkins has collated a detailed list of the memorabilia.

But a selection of items includes:

Plates commemorating the County's 1974, 1988 and 1989 County Championship triumphs.

Framed signed calligraphy scorecard of 1991 Benson and Hedges Cup final victory.

Plate commemorating Glenn Turner's 100th hundred.

Two ashtrays marking the 1964 County Championship success.

Graeme Hick's 100th hundred limited edition silver cuff links.
