First half was tragic, woeful and inadequate!

Not good enough, especially in a season which will be the toughest yet. Second half glossed over a shambles of a first half. Work to be done.

Worcester Faithful‏ (@WorcsFaithful).

Very rarely will we win a game after a 40 minutes as poor as that. Shocking is an understatement. Shame, as that's two games we should’ve won.

Consistency is the mantra this season, but a truly poor first half.

Credit is due as they dug in and looked by far the better team in the second, but damage already done. Big game against Falcons as we seek a win and some confidence!

When will Jono Lance get a start? Think Warriors are a more of an attacking threat with him at 10. Helps if FH is at 9 as well.

Shocking and poor first half plus a clearly biased ref towards Sale - so many hands slowing the ball down in the ruck which were not penalised and how was that not a penalty try?

Kevin Crimmons‏ (@bcukevcrimmons).

We have to work on officials perceptions – no 50/50 decisions going our way. Solomons’ work with Tony Spreadbury now key. Numerous examples at the end of the first half At last we’ve also now got an indication of the scrum-half pecking order!

Philip Levers.

I fail to see how the Sale continually slowing the ball down with hands in the ruck time after time was not visible to the referee and TMO.

Add the high tackles and the try Worcester were denied and they were always going to lose.

That said, with ball in hand apart from the very last foray, we looked clueless.

A great work rate, but far greater than it need have been.

Paul Hickling.

Poor first half! The subs made a real difference and played with intensity which was missing in the first half!

Positives: good defence, came back from 18-0 down, less penalty count.

Negatives: Gave the ball away too many times when in good attacking situations. Arr was poor at controlling the game and Weir wasn’t much better at times. Either team could have won it, at least we got a point.
