BAD weather restricted Bromsgrove Tennis Club to just a couple of matches in this week's Hereford and Worcester League campaign.
The Men's D team suffered a convincing 4-0 reverse against unbeaten top of the table David Lloyd Worcester B in Division 6E.
It leaves the D team in need of some more points from their remaining games to make sure they keep clear over the relegation zone.
Bromsgrove Men's G team also missed out in their Division 12 E contest with Droitwich.
The pairings of Stig Kindon and Josh Baldwick together with Giles Hyder and Mark Wilson each won one rubber as the score finished 2-2.
With the number of sets also equal, Droitwich took the bonus points on games won 36-31.
