Bromsgrove School’s team acquitted itself well in Malvern’s College aquathlon event
BROMSGROVE School’s Aquathlon team made a splash as they placed first overall at an invitational meet at Malvern College’s annual event.
A combined boys and girls Prep School team was sent to compete in the event which consisted of a 100 metre swim and an 800m run, with all the positions for each school then combined to create an overall score.
Bromsgrove had two individually placed athletes at the prestigious competition, William Brown, who came second, and Louise Osborne, who finished first, in the U11 categories.
The team’s individual successes together with the U13 scores meant Bromsgrove placed first overall.
