Having played nine matches throughout last month, John Layton’s side fell behind to a 20th-minute header from James Ince.
But the visitors’ lead did not last long as Tom Sparey drilled home a free-kick from 20 yards two minutes later.
Callum Gittings restored Alvechurch’s lead minutes before the interval but Mark Hibbard struck in the 75th minute to secure a point for Westfields.
