GOODLUCK Eke's first-half double proved decisive as Stourport Swifts booked their place in the third round of the Isuzu FA Vase thanks to a 3-2 win at league rivals AFC Wulfrunians.

Eke reacted first to a shot coming back off the crossbar in the 24th minute to give Swifts the lead, before he swept home a second four minutes later.

Swifts continued to dominate the tie in the second-half and just before the clock hit the hour mark, Swifts made it 3-0 when Adam Hanson's left-footed drive from the edge of the box beat keeper Dan Crane at his near post.

Wulfrunians did score what they thought was a consolation when captain Brad Maslen-Jones cut inside and hit a shot into the far right corner. But when the hosts added a second in the seventh minute of stoppage time, there was a glimmer of hope that they might do the unthinkable.

Brad Maslen-Jones found himself free in the box to hammer home for the home side, but it did prove to be too little, too late and Swifts deservedly took their place in the third-round.

The draw for the next round is on Monday at 1PM.
