REDDITCH Borough produced a rousing finish to their season by battling back against the odds to beat Alcester Town 3-1 and lift the Evesham Hospital Cup.
Borough were on the back-foot from the word go when they have Dave Phelan sent off in the sixth minute.
Matters were made worse when Borough went a goal down after 35 and remained 1-0 in arrears at the break.
But the second half was a different story as Borough hit back in style when scoring from a trio of free kicks.
Jak Albutt levelled before Billy Garvey put Borough ahead with Albutt then adding the third as well.
This victory brings the curtain down on what has proved a long and testing season.
But spokesman Julian Workman said: "Already all the players have signed for next season when we go again.
"After the final, which took place at Littleton, we all returned to The Meitis where a good night was had by all."
