WORCESTER Wolves will continue their hectic run of fixtures with a trip to Bristol Flyers in the British Basketball League today (7.30pm).

After going toe-to-toe with Glasgow Rocks last night, Wolves will have no time to rest as they travel to the SGS WISE Arena.

James said his players were “shattered” after playing back-to-back games last weekend and reckoned their BBL Trophy clash with Sheffield Sharks came “a day too soon” as a weary Wolves slumped to defeat.

But Worcester face even less time to prepare for Bristol and James said it was important to make sure his troops were in the “right frame of mind” for the clash.

Bristol will also be determined to gain revenge after losing 91-76 to Wolves last month.

“They would have been disappointed with their performance the last time we played them a few weeks back,” James said.

“I know they are going to come at us hard.

“They are another team who have good size and good strength under the basket. They have strong players that we are going to need to deal with, especially if Dallin (Bachynski) is going to be unable to play.

“There is not much turnaround having played the night before as well so it is going to difficult.

“But we will do our very best to make sure the players are in the right frame of mind and ready to go.”
