SWIMMER Matt Richards bagged five gold medals in the British Summer Championships at Sheffield’s Ponds Forge.
The Droitwich Spa teenager now boards and trains at The Royal School, Wolverhampton, after previously competing for Worcester and attending Bishop Perowne College.
Richards set three Swim Wales junior records and also claimed a 4x200-metre relay silver with his school-mates.
Individually the 15 year age group competitor won the 50m and 100m butterfly, 200m and 400m individual medley and 200m freestyle.
