BARNT Green commence their National Club Knock-Out campaign this Sunday when they entertain Birmingham League rivals Knowle and Dorridge at Cherry Hill Road.
Warwickshire's Matt Lamb takes charge of Barnt Green in the absence of skipper Andy Sutton who is required for Worcestershire Academy duty.
The Green will also be without Ed Pollock who is currently featuring for Durham MCCU while Ben Ladd-Gibbon is appearing for Loughborough MCCU.
Australian overseas player James Psarakis is also ineligible for the competition.
Club spokesman Colin Banton claimed: "We will need to be at our best to beat Knowle and Dorridge. But if we can get past that stage, then hopefully availability will become a great deal better".
Barnt Green have a warm-up game against neighbouring Bromsgrove at St Godwalds Pasrk on Saturday.
The Green then commence their Birmingham League season with a trip to former champions Shrewsbury on April 29.
