BROMSGROVE Ladies A produced an emphatic display in the Hereford & Worcestershire Summer League to beat Madley A.
Hoping to build on their opening victory, they piled on the pressure from the start and the first round of matches saw Bromsgrove take a 3-0 lead without dropping a set.
It was the same again in the second round as the Boars took all the matches to make it a 6-0 victory.
Imogen Sinclair and Rachael Mack were in outstanding form, beating their opposite first pair 6-2, 6-1 before trouncing the Madley second pair 6-0, 6-0.
Meg Jones and Jilly Witcomb had a slightly tougher match.
Playing at third pair, they beat the opposition second pair in two sets, but were pushed to three by their opposite number before completing the win.
Captain Sally Franks teamed up with Tina Manning as second pair and beat the opposition first and second pairs with straightforward two sets victories.
Franks said: “Getting maximum points to follow up from our opening victory of the campaign is great.
“We’ve a strong squad and are looking to improve on our runners-up spot in the winter competition.
“The whole team played well and showed our fighting spirit when we needed it.”
