BROMSGROVE skipper Paul Norris is set to be back for Saturday’s clash at Sandbach in the Midlands Division Three National.
After a free weekend, the Finstall Park outfit will be hoping to build on their recent strong performances that culminated in the 28-24 win over Peterborough Lions.
Norris picked up stitches over his eye in that game but is expected to be available.
Head coach Dan Protherough said: “Sandbach have some very fast backs so they should be an interesting test for our defence.
“Hopefully we can build on the good performances of late. Apart from South Leicester, the league is very tight and anyone can win on their day.”
l Droitwich will make their return to action in the Midlands Division Two West (South) at Old Leamingtonians on Saturday.
