FORMER world 400-metres indoor champion Daniel Caines dropped into Catshill Middle School to work with pupils as part of the Sky Living for Sport programme.
Sky Sports Living for Sport is a free schools initiative that uses sport stars and sport skills to boost confidence, increase attainment and Improve life skills.
On his visit, the 33-year-old talked about his role as an ambassador for the scheme and share his story about overcoming adversity to become a world champion.
