A HOST of personal best times were set by Bromsgrove Swimming Club members at the Girls Only Gala held in Redditch.
First place finishes were recorded by Jenny Gearey in the 10-year-old 50-metre freestyle, Hattie Goff in the 12-year-old 50m freestyle and Sam Gearey in the 14-year-old 100m backstroke and 100m breaststroke races.
Second place finishes went to Gearey (10-year-old 50m backstroke), Catrin Carter (11-year-olds 50m freestyle), Goff (12-year-old 100m individual medley), Ruby Picken (12-year-olds 50m butterfly) and Sam Gearey (14-year-olds 100m individual medley and 100m butterfly).
The 12-year-old 4x25m medley and freestyle relay teams of Goff, Bethany Steel, Picken, Bethany O’Brien and Catrin Carter also finished runners-up in their races.
